Are any of the images at IconBAZAAR copyright free?

YESThe images in the /holidays/christmas/ and /holidays/easter/ collections were contributed to this web site by some of its users.   The copyright status of these contributed images is questionable.   As such, they should be used at the user's own risk.

Are all of the other images on your web site copyrighted?

YESAll of the other images found on this web site are copyrighted exclusively to IconBAZAAR LLC.  Read the Copyright/Disclaimer Statements and Conditions of Use.

Can I use as many images from the IconBAZAAR as I want?

NOPlease limit your free use of images from these archives to 20 images and refer to the Conditions of Use posted at this site.   Use of more than twenty (20) images requires a license.

Are all IconBAZAAR images available for free?

NOThere is no usage or license fee required for limited use of up to twenty (20) copyrighted images from these archives.  See Licensing Images and Shareware Donations, or contact our General Manager at 336-971-2800 between 9:00AM and 6:00PM Eastern if you have any questions.

Do I need to acknowledge the IconBAZAAR as the source of the images I use?

YES and NOAs a condition of free use of up to twenty (20) of our copyrighted images for personal entertainment, you are asked to provide copyright notification wherever appropriate and link back to our site using one of our logos (see below), or to make a shareware donation.   Use of more than twenty (20) images requires a license.

Download images from IconBAZAAR pages?

PC users -

When you see an image you want to download click on it using the right mouse button.  A dialog box will appear in your browser.  Use the save file as option to download the file.  You can specify a location on your local machine and change the file name if you wish.  Low end users - remember that file names more than 8 characters long cannot be saved in your directories.  You must change the filename if it is longer than 8 characters, excluding the file name extension (usually .GIF or .JPG).

MAC users -

Place images from the IconBAZAAR on my WWW pages?

Download the images you want using the instructions above.  Remember to comply with copyright restrictions and abide by all conditions of use.  You must upload the images to your Internet Service Provider into a directory accessible from the HTML code that addresses your image files.  The HTML code -

<img src="image.fil">

will place an image on your page, where "image.fil" is the name of the image you want to display.  Please note that this the minimal code required to place the image as an inline graphic on your page and that there are many more options available to you.  See an HTML TUTORIAL on how to place images.

DO NOT link directly to any image at the IconBAZAAR from your pages.
